Our coaching program is designed to provide credentialed and experienced leadership coaches who can offer guidance, support, and advice to professionals who want to explore their leadership potentials. Our coaches are focused on helping you develop the leadership skills necessary to make a positive impact in your organizations and communities.

Stephen founded the Forensic Leaders Training Center® in February 2022 after a twenty-three-year career in biochemistry research, crime scene investigation and reconstruction, forensic biology, and forensic firearms examination.
He has worked for the University of Arizona, the National Institutes of Health, the California Department of Justice, the Arizona Department of Public Safety, the National Forensic Science Technology Center, and the San Diego County Sheriff's Department. He has testified as a qualified expert witness in courts in Arizona and California and in front of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. Stephen is a 2023 FBI San Diego Citizens Academy graduate and served as a member of the San Diego County Sheriff's LGBTQ+ Advisory Council from 2022 to 2024.
In September 2021, Stephen became the Executive Director of A Lasting Strength, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and improving the lives of people diagnosed with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Stephen also serves as a community member of the Patient and Family Advisory Council at UC San Diego Health.
Stephen holds an Executive MBA with Honors from Quantic School of Business & Technology and a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology from the University of Arizona. He is also a Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
In his free time, Stephen enjoys website design and coding, electronic music composition and production, and playing with Aries, a stubborn Siberian Husky. He is a published scientific author (Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology) and has authored memoirs about his time as a Crime Scene Investigator, entitled CSI to CEO. He plans to publish them in 2024.
