I geek out on people and teams maximizing efficiency, improving process, connecting the dots to the short and long term vision, turning light bulb moments into executed momentum, and realizing the value in their work and each other all while keeping strategy and empathy at the forefront.
Experienced entrepreneur and customer success savant with a demonstrated history in technology, organizational wellness, mental health, law enforcement, fitness, and travel & tourism industries. Diverse skillsets in CS/CX, training and education, coaching and consultation, resiliency, problem identification and resolution, writing and public speaking, advocacy and empowerment, process optimization, and project management.
Over the past 12 years, I have worked with thousands of people from all walks of life dealing with chaos, disconnection, burnout, and stress. That experience has helped me break down the "big picture" of stress into bite sized steps for action and change.
It’s been an education in itself, witnessing the amazing power people have to change their own lives. And it’s taught me a tremendous amount about what matters with resiliency and what doesn’t. (Plot twist: a lot of the things I used to care about in coaching, don’t matter much anymore. And things I used to not care very much about are now my top priorities.)

Stop sacrificing yourself for your work. Living with chronic stress and experiencing life through a fog of exhaustion sets you up to fail professionally and personally. Luckily, there's a better way. You can achieve professional excellence while cultivating a life that you love. If you are serious about leading others and living a life that lights you up, you must start within yourself.
I'm Kayla, and I'll help you recover from burnout and create a life of passion, presence, and purpose.
